Please make sure to keep to your appointment time. While we may have some flexibility, the better the appointment times are adhered to, the better we can keep our appointments on time.

  • Health History and Intake Forms

    To help expedite your appointment, we may send you the proper forms to be filled out ahead of your appointment time. If you are looking to get reimbursed by your insurance company, you will need these forms to be filled out completely and properly, otherwise, they may deny your reimbursement.

  • Initial Consultation

    We know your time is valuable, as is ours and we’ll make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time. Depending on your individual needs, you may need an initial consultation outside of your first appointment time. Usually we fit out first consultation in with your first visit, so please make sure that you allow enough time for everything. This is one of the reasons why we like to have all forms filled out and returned to us prior to your first visit.

  • During Treatment

    Prior toyour appointment, please make sure that you are properly hydrated prior to your appointment. It makes our therapies much more efficient. Unless at a sporting event, please make sure that you are showered prior to apointment time.

    During your appointment we will need to access different areas of the body. If there is any part of the body that you are not comfortable being touched, please let us know prior to the appointment.

  • Tests and Test Results

    Depending on the nature and complexity of your sitution, we may need to see past or recent tests and test results. Please have these available at your appointment. If you prefer, we have a realease form for you to fill out so that your doctor, or other healthcare provider, can send us the results prior to your appointment.

  • Your Payment or Bill

    Generally, all appointments are made and scheduled with prepayment. We currently use Square Appointments. After scheduling through Square Appointments, you be asked to pay for your appointment in order to confirm the appointment time. Only prepaid appointment times will confirm the appointment. Once we "accept" the appointment, it can take up to 24 hours to process, though that will not effect your appointment if it is within that time period. We ask to schedule appointments usually a few days in advance, but we do realize that may not always be possible.

    After becoming a regular patient, you may be eligible for payment at appointment time or even a billing option.

    If you are prepaying but billing your insurance company, or other source, please let us know ahead of time so that we can have the proper paperwork with us at your appointment.

  • Follow up appointments

    Please try to schedule all routine appointments as far in advance as possible. If your therapist of choice does not have an appointment convenient to your schedule, we may suggest one of our outstanding colleagues.

    We also have a wonderful network of the top healthcare professionals in the field. If there is anything that we can not do, or is not within our scope of practice, we will refer you out to one of them. If yu wish to see another professional for other reasns, we will also provide you with their information.

  • Prescriptions, Over The Counter Medications, Products and Supplements

    We do not write any prescriptions, as we also do not prescribe. We may offer some information on sources where you can find information on supplements and products, or purchase some products and/or supplements which could possibly help with your treatment. We can, and will, also refer out to sources which can help you further.

  • Concerns

    No treatments are sexual in nature and you have the right to ask any questions which you feel comfortable.

    You can disrobe to your your own comfort level as you will be draped at all times during treatment. Only areas that are being worked will be exposed at the time. If an area is covered by you, or your clothes, underear, etc. we will guess that you do not want that area to be touch and will not touch that area. Please remember however, that areas which you may keep covered may be areas which are needed to be worked on in order to get the result that you are seeking. If you do not want an area to be worked and it will compromise your treatment/session, we have the right to terminate the session which you will still be liable for payment.

    We do however suggest that all patients be honest and express any concerns that you may have.
